The Trig Point Page, after all the mountains I've climbed over the past years I started getting  pictures taken of myself on trig points.
Here is a small selection.

Just see where the location is first before clicking on trig point view, one clue four are in England, two in Scotland, Enjoy.

Sphink Rock
The Sphinx, a number of visits was required to get the view & up most the weather conditions correct for a perfect picture, I've finally done it, taken that definitive snap shot. First seen on a post card in Ambleside a few years ago, it inspired me on to find it's location, and take that shot.

International Distress Signal
In the event of accident or illness in the mountains and help being required give the international distress signal:
Six blasts on a whistle (or six shouts or flashes of a torch) followed by a pause of one minute and then a repetition of the six blasts shouts or flashes.
If your signals are heard there should be an answering whistle – three blasts followed by a pause of a minute, repeated several times.
Unless you require Assistance do not do anything that could be mistaken for the distress signal.
